Healthy Cakes?

Recently, my mother has gone on a diet where she can only have one "meal" a day and then healthy, low calorie snacks the rest of the day for a month. It's very difficult for me right now, because I want to help her out, but I don't want to not bake. I've felt the urge a lot lately to go in the kitchen and bake random things and with her on this diet I can't. It would probably be different if she didn't work from home, but she does. So now I'm on a mission to find ways to bake cakes and muffins that will be delicious and healthy/low calorie so my mom can have some too. As I find these recipes I'll probably bake them and blog 'em. Recipes too. So, if you like cake but you feel guilty about eating them, I'll have some that you can enjoy without the guilt! :D

Chapter One

So sorry I haven't updated in forever! Finally found the inspiration to write chapter one though. I know its short, but please bare with me. I have a lot of......issues focusing. But I promise, for sure this time, that I'll have chapter two up and running very soon! So, here's chapter one. Again sorry for the wait.

So hey, y'all. Zaphidil here. I just wanted to let everyone know that chapter one will be up soon! It should have already been up, but I keep getting distracted while I work on it. BUT! I promise that I'll have it up on here for you all to enjoy by Thursday morning. Hopefully sooner. Um..Other than that, Happy Valentines Day to you all. Hope you have a good one, and to those of you who don't believe in Valentines Day or just don't like it, I hope you have a happy Tuesday. o.o So yeah. Well, today's topic is about urges. You know....those random times when you feel like doing something, like running around in circles or drawing faces on your fingers.

Candy anyone?

Okay! So it has been brought to my attention that most of my nicknames are candy oriented. I don't eat a lot of candy. And I personally don't see how I'm like candy in any way. So...What the heck? Why all the candy nicknames? I've been called all of the follwing: -Skittles -Laphy Zaphy -Zaphy Taphy -Miss Twizzlers (or Miss Twisslers) -Jocy Drop Pops (you know, like Juicy Drop Pops) -Gummy Bear -Tootsie Pop -etc. It's cray! I don't understand that. Why are candy names always given to me? Always. I mean, I don't mind it, I always get called the candies I like but still. Why can't I have other kinds of nicknames? Just sayin' man. Nickname me something not food related. xD Anyways...yeah, mini rant is over!
